Manuscript Submission: The Kings and Queens Journal of Multidisciplinary Research (KQJMR) welcomes original research articles across all academic disciplines. Submissions must be unpublished and not under consideration elsewhere. Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work, and all borrowed ideas or words must be properly cited according to scholarly standards.
Manuscripts should be submitted via email to editor@kqmucpub.com.
Language: All papers must be written in English.
File Format: Submissions must be in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
Page Layout: Manuscripts should be prepared in a single-column format.
Font Style: Use "Bookman Old Style" for all text.
Font Size: Title/Main Heading - 12 pt bold; Body Text - 10 pt regular. Section headings should also be bold.
Submission Length: The full manuscript should not exceed 15 pages. Files larger than this limit may be rejected. Submit manuscripts as email attachments only.
Manuscripts should include the following components (with additional subheadings as appropriate):
Abstract: The abstract must concisely summarize the research purpose, methodology, key results, and conclusions within 100–250 words. Write in the past tense, using complete sentences, active voice, and third person. Avoid abbreviations, references, and figures.
Keywords: Provide 4 to 10 keywords immediately following the abstract, reflecting the core topics of the paper. Define non-standard abbreviations upon first use. Use only SI units and common abbreviations like DNA without expansion.
Introduction: The introduction should set the research context, identify knowledge gaps, and define study objectives. Summarize relevant literature succinctly and highlight the research significance clearly to multidisciplinary readers.
Materials and Methods: Clearly describe study design, participants, materials, procedures, and analytical methods to allow replication. Cite established methods and briefly explain any modifications. Include manufacturer names and locations where applicable. Permission must be secured for any adapted tables or figures.
Results: Present findings clearly and concisely without interpretation. Use the past tense for your results and present tense for previously published findings. Avoid citing literature in this section.
Discussion: Interpret findings in relation to previous research and study hypotheses. Discussion and results may be combined under subheadings if appropriate. Conclusions should be succinct and focused.
Acknowledgments (if applicable): Acknowledge individuals or institutions that contributed to the research but do not qualify for authorship. This section should appear before the References.
References: Follow APA referencing style. Number references sequentially as they appear in the text. Example formats:
Tables: Tables should be simple, numbered sequentially, and double-spaced, including headings and footnotes. Each table must be self-contained and should not duplicate content presented elsewhere in the manuscript.
Figures: Provide high-quality graphics (GIF, TIFF, JPEG, or PPT formats). Figures must be numbered and titled independently, with descriptive legends explaining all labels and symbols.
Equations: Number all equations sequentially. Clearly define all symbols and variables either within the equation or immediately afterward. Preferably use SI units throughout.
Images: Insert images into the appropriate section of the manuscript without frames or borders. Place them on the final pages if necessary. Ensure images are clear and properly sized for publication.
Copyright: Authors must guarantee that their manuscripts do not breach copyright laws. Upon acceptance, authors must sign a copyright transfer agreement with KQJMR.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Submission to KQJMR implies acceptance of the terms under the governing laws of the journal’s operational jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdictional courts.
